For a long time after the market meltdown commercial properties held their value. Now that it keeps going down we see that commercial properties are dropping in price similar to the rest of the market. The opportunities are there at the present time for the taking.
There are several properties that I feel are very good values depending on the situation.
We have one in Cocoa close to the historic Cocoa Village that once was a bar and grill and then became a day care. I believe the best use of the property is another bar and grill. The picture is above and the price is now $225,000, offers accepted.
One of my favorite spots is an iconic restaurant in Cocoa Beach. It was the Mango Tree Restaurant which was a favorite hangout for the gourmet diner. For the chef at heart this could be the ticket to make your dreams come true. Over 4000 sq. ft. and priced at $375,000.
