- Ada and I are truly Cocoa Beach. We are life time residents except for a few detours. I did a stint in the army and saw SE Asia. Ada and I both contracted around the nation with stops in Atlanta,Charlotte and Denver. We always found there is no place on earth like Cocoa Beach and always came home. We have lived in condos all over Cocoa Beach as in Stonewood,Beach Winds,Port Royale,Canaveral Woods and Windward East. I would say we know condo living and the right questions to ask. We have noticed a gradual change in the city government. More being done to accomadate business, we will always be a small beach town but maybe we will be a little more progressive.
