The 2 units we have listed on Pierce are still available despite a lot of interest.

The picture is of another property in Cape Canaveral.  This property is designated a motel with license intact.  The property now is used as 10 unit rental property.  Now I am sure there would be a lot of work to be done and some violations worked out with the city but this could be an opportunity not missed.

With a puchase price of $180,000 and even if you put $100,000 into renovations then you could have 10 units with 1 bedroom 1 bath and we could get $500 monthly everyday.  Conservatively speaking the cap rate would be right around 20, that could be an unbelieveable buy for the future.
