It seems that income properties are back in high demand especially on the beachside. A lot of duplexes and triplexes are receiving multiple offers and closing quickly. We are sure it is the price decreases’ that is driving this market. It is now possible to get cash flow on income property, we had previously priced ourselves out of the market. The typical investor is intelligent enough to know when cash flow is possible, making for a lucrative investment.
As of this writing the following income properties on the market under $300,000 on the beachside.
Duplex in Cape Canaveral, carport on both sides and the units are fully rented presently. Listed at $119,000.
Another duplex in Cape Canaveral, carport on both sides, large back yard, 2 bedrooms 1 bath each side listed at $169,900.
One of my picks would be a triplex listed at $179,900.
You can see why investors are coming back to the market. If you don’t mind managing the property yourself then you can cut your expenses and bring cash flow back to the game while waiting for equity to grow.
